Our return policy is within 30 days of purchase.
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Please email us at email@example.com or call 800-#### with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return. Then you will receive a RA# from a customer service representative.
- Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.
- Please indicate the RA number (RA#0000) on the outside of the box/packaging where it is visible. Without the RA# the processing of your return may be delayed.
- Shipping cost for returns to SPIRITDRIVEN are the responsibility of the purchaser or gift recipient.
- Upon receipt and inspection of garment, we will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges.)
- Depending on your bank, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
At this time we do not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return steps above for the items you wish to exchange
and go to www.spiritdriven.us and submit a new order for your new item.
- Proof of Purchase made on or between 11/25 - 12/25 can receive a refund on or before 1/30 of the following calendar year of original purchase.
- HOW TO RETURN steps outlined above are required to be considered for a full refund.
SALE items are FINAL purchases and cannot be refunded.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please follow the HOW TO RETURN steps to receive a merchandise credit to be used at www.SPIRITDRIVEN.com.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, then will the original purchaser/gift giver has to follow the HOW TO RETURN steps. We will send a refund to the gift giver.
